ezPay™ Payment Plans can be cancelled when they are in default, IE when they are behind on payment. Once an ezPay™ order is in default, you have 10 days after your first failed payment to update your card and make a payment before you are at risk for cancellation.
Once an order is cancelled it is unable to be reinstated. Please be sure to keep up with your payments and to update payment information when necessary.
You are refunded the amount you paid minus a $50.00 cancellation fee that is deducted due to festival policy. If you would still like to attend the festival you will have to repurchase another Coachella 2018 ticket at the current price.
