I haven't received my order confirmation, what do I do?

Your order confirmation was sent to the email address on file with your account. The confirmation should arrive in your inbox within an hour of your purchase, but be sure to double check any "Junk" or "Spam" folders if you are still having trouble locating it. If you have not been able to receive your order confirmation, please follow the steps below to have it resent to the email address on file with your account:

1. Visit the festival's shopping cart and click on My Account


2. Enter the information you used when you originally purchased your order, whether it be via email or Facebook, and click "Log In."


3. After logging in, you will see your order history, if you have any previously placed orders.


4. After selecting the order you would like to update, click the "Email Receipt" button to resend the email confirmation.
