I haven't received my order confirmation, what do I do?

Your order confirmation was sent to the email address on file with your account. The confirmation should arrive in your inbox within the hour, but be sure to double check any "Junk" or "Spam" folders if you are still having trouble locating it. If you have not been able to receive your order confirmation, please follow the steps below to have it resent to the email address on file with your account:

1. Visit the festival's shopping cart

2. Click the "Login" tab


3. Enter the information you used when you originally purchased your order, whether it be via email or Facebook, and click "Login."


4. Click on My Orders after logging into your account. You can locate your specific order by the order number and/or the order date.


5. After selecting the order you would like to update, click the "Email Receipt" button to resend the email confirmation.
