How can we help?

My payment plan didn't go through. What happens now?

If a customer's ezPay™ payment defaults, it will automatically attempt to charge the card on file twice more. Once on the next day, and once on the day after that. For example, if a customer's payment fails on the 1st of the month, it will attempt a charge again on the 2nd and 3rd as well. After the third charge attempt, updating the card on file will not cause the system to automatically charge your card so a manual payment must be made.

If at anytime you would like to change the payment method on file or make a manual payment, please click HERE for instructions on how to do so.

Please note, the festival reserves the right to cancel orders that are in default (i.e. payment has not been made within 10 days of due date). If an order is cancelled due to delinquency, customers will be deducted a $50 cancellation fee, but will otherwise receive a full refund within 3 to 5 business days.

Keep in mind also that no tickets will be released to you before completing a payment plan.
