2. Resend the tickets to yourself and download them again, or download them directly from the shopping cart. Instructions on how to do so can be found HERE.
3. Try using a different device. If you are using a phone or tablet, try using a desktop or laptop computer.
4. If worst comes to worst and you cannot access your Print-at-Home tickets for any reason, your tickets will be available at the event's box office/Will Call. Please bring the order number and photo ID associated with your purchase to ensure you can retrieve your order.
