I bought my ticket through a third party. Can I edit/update/view the account or ticket?


Elevate® ticketing neither endorses nor provides technical support for third party sales.

To make any changes on the account, we would need to be contacted by the original purchaser of the tickets. The original purchaser must verify all relevant account information before they will be assisted by a representative.

To prevent such situations from occurring, we strongly recommend customers to avoid third party sales, and purchase directly the festival's official ticket outlet only.
