Can I change the date of my automatic withdrawal?

When purchasing tickets through the ezPay™ payment plan, the automatic withdrawal date is based on the original date of purchase. The next payment will be automatically processed 1 month plus a day from the first payment.

For example, if a customer places their order on the 1st of January, the next payment will be processed the 2nd of February, followed by the 2nd of March. This cannot be updated or changed.
