My order was placed "On Hold". Why did this happen and what do I do?

 

If you have received an email that looks like the one above, don't panic! Our fraud protection system has placed a hold on your order to prevent any unwanted purchases from taking place without your knowledge. 

Your order has been fully processed and your card has been charged.

To remove the hold, please CLICK HERE and select your festival to find your designated Ticket Purchase Support phone number. Give us a call anytime between 8AM-5PM PST Monday through Friday and one of our representatives would be more than happy to assist you with removing the hold.

To ensure efficient service, please have the following information ready:

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Last 4 Digits of the Card Used
  • The Full Dollar Amount of the Purchase
  • What Items Were Purchased
