I did not receive a confirmation, was my order processed correctly?

If you were not brought to a confirmation page containing your order number immediately after purchase, please take the following steps:

1. Check your bank statement to see if a charge was processed in the amount of your purchase.

2. Login to your account and view "My Orders" by following the instructions HERE.

3. If you cannot locate your order after following both steps, please CLICK HERE to select your festival and contact us directly, and we will verify if a purchase was in fact made.
