I logged in with Facebook while purchasing and no longer have access to that email. How do I fix it?

Unfortunately, once your Festival Ticketing account is associated with your Facebook account, it is not possible to separate them. However, one way to get around this is changing the email associated with your Facebook account to an active one. To do these, please follow the steps below:

1. Please visit the following link: This will bring you to your Facebook account settings page.

2. Once you are on this page, please click the "Edit" button on the "Contact" line.

3. Click the "Add another email or mobile number" link

4. Type your correct email in the field and click "Add".

5. Click the bubble next to your newly updated email, and click the "Save Changes" button.

6. Now, visit the shopping cart of the event for which you purchased tickets. This step varies depending on the festival, but once you reach the shopping cart the steps are identical.

7. Once you are in the shopping cart, click the "Login" tab.

8. Click "Login with Facebook" as you originally did during checkout. This will update your account email to match your Facebook email.
