Coachella: How do I update the email/billing address on my account?

Due to the festivals policies you are unable to change the name on your account. Any other changes to personal information, such as your email or billing address, can be completed by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Coachella's "Passes" page by clicking HERE, and click "Order Login" under the weekend you purchased tickets for.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you click the "Log In" button on the top-right hand corner of the screen, it WILL NOT grant you access to your Festival Ticketing account. Accounts made on are not associated with accounts created through Festival Ticketing. 

  2. This will bring you to the festival's shopping cart, as shown below

  3.  Click on the "Login" tab, and login to your account

  4. This will bring you to the "My Account" page. Make any necessary updates to your information and click "Submit" to finalize them.
