DESERT TRIP: I have not received my package in the mail. What do I do?

 

If you received a shipping confirmation email and you have yet to receive your package, please take the following steps:

 

  • Click on the tracking number within your shipping confirmation email or track it via UPS.com by clicking HERE

  • If your package has been marked as "Returned" or "Undeliverable", please call Festival Ticketing Purchase Support at (855) 414-6340 to change your order to be picked up at Will Call.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered", but you have yet to receive it, please contact UPS by visiting their Help CenterIf you are unable to locate your package after speaking with them, please call Festival Ticketing Purchase Support at (855) 414-6340 to change your order to be picked up at Will Call. 

 

Please note, once an order is switched to Will Call, all credentials that were originally shipped will be permanently deactivated and can no longer be used for entry.
